ABTC Fairfield Academy is a fully accredited therapeutic day school program operating on the ABTC Mundelein campus. The educational day includes special education services with a sex-abuser specific therapeutic component. Fairfield Academy is available to ABTC residential and transitional living students, as well as day students from the community. ABTC Fairfield Academy is geared toward helping the school district address a youth's educational needs, to assess the youth's ability to function safely in the community, and to provide treatment that will address these specific, specialized issues.
At ABTC Fairfield Academy we are offer two academic options to school districts in Lake and McHenry Counties and surrounding communities. These opportunities include:
- A sixty (60) day diagnostic assessment
- Private Day School placement for students who meet the criteria for this specialized educational program
