Overview

Alternative Behavior Treatment Centers (ABTC) is a 501 (C) (3) not-for-profit child treatment agency specializing in the treatment of at risk youth and families as well as clients with sexually abusive histories. ABTC was founded in 1995 to meet the needs of this unique population of persons with sexual behavior problems, however recently, the agency has expanded it focus to also treat survivors of trauma.  ABTC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
