NEW FOUNDATIONS DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM

The New Foundations program is a residential treatment program that provides treatment in a group home setting for youth who have made significant progress in treatment and need to increase their community integrations while completing treatment.  One of the goals for New Foundations youth is to begin slow reintegration into the community for a smooth transition at discharge.
