Q. Are my counseling sessions confidential?
A. Yes, all services provided by ABTC are confidential. Your information is protected by HIPPA. Q. Will my healthcare insurance cover this? A. Prior to you first appointment at ABTC we will request some basic information from you which will include your healthcare provider information. We will verify your coverage and discuss it with prior to your appointment. We accept self-pay, insurance and service contracts for our fees. Q. What are your hours? A. All of our services are by appointment only. We have day, evening and Saturday times available. For Substitute Care Clients Q. How are family members involved in the treatment process? A. Family members are encouraged to participate in the treatment plan of the client. Arrangements for Family Therapy and visitation are made at the time of admission. Q. Will my child go to school? A. ABTC's Fairfield Academy, which is located on our Mundelein campus, is a fully accredited licensed school by the State of Illinois. Coordination of the client's education plan from the home school district is done prior to admission. Q. What kind of professionals work at ABTC? A. All Staff are screened and cleared by DCFS prior to starting the job. ABTC's Staff consists of Social Workers, Nurses, LCPC's, Counselors, Licensed Teachers, Activity Therapists, Consulting Psychiatrists and a myriad of outside providers such as Primary Care Physicians, Dentist's, Podiatrists. |
