Please join us for a wonderful evening of food, fun and entertainment with Food Network's own Pastry Chef Gale Gand.

Chicago based Gale Gand, is a nationally acclaimed pastry chef, restauranteur, cookbook author, television personality, root beer maker and Mom.

Based in Chicago, Gale is the executive pastry chef and partner of the renowned four star Mobil, five diamond AAA Relais Et Chateau Relais-Gourmand restaurant, Tru with Rich Melman, and culinary partner Rick Tramonto.

In addition, Gale is a supporter of sustainable agriculture, eating locally and the whole environmental movement.

A variety of Gale's cook books will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to ABTC.

We will be purchasing new furniture for our Mundelein Residential Program. As you can see from the photos, we are in dire need. After 15 years of hard wear and tear it's time to replace what we have. All of the furnishings we presently have are badly worn and are no longer able to be repaired.

All new furnishings will be ordered from Illinois Correctional Industries (ICI) located throughout the state. ICI employs hundreds of men and women, keeping revenue and jobs in our state. Pricing is also lower than conventional manufacturer's.
