Alternative Behavior Treatment Centers
ABTC currently offers several levels of care on our Mundelein, Illinois campus:
- ABEL Assessment Screening Tool©, a nationally recognized evaluation
tool for adolescents and adults:
- Outpatient Services. Hyde Park and Mundelein offices. Individual,
family and group therapy. Specialized assessments for children 6-21.
- 40 intensive staff-secure residential beds for males 15-21 years of age,
with separate units for dually-diagnosed youth.
- 10 bed, on-campus supervised/independent living program for males 16-21 years of age.
- Fairfield Academy is an on campus therapeutic day school.
- Day Treatment Program for youth who have received their high school diploma. The program offers both sex offender and vocational sources.
ABTC believes that a full range of specialized services options are required
to appropriately manage sexually abusive behaviors in youth.
